According to a recent Gallup report, only 13% of employees worldwide are engaged at work.

Why does this matter?

Engagement is what keeps us focused, present and open to opportunity.  It reflects our inner drive, commitment and level of buy-in, and it deeply impacts our performance and results.

Questions to consider:
  • How strongly connected are your daily activities to your consciously chosen values?
  • Which decisions and actions are fear-based, and which are values-based? 
  • In which situations do you experience inertia, stress and/or frustration?
