Coaching is a collaborative process where the coach partners with the client to help articulate goals, uncover obstacles, implement action plans and achieve desired outcomes. While the client remains the expert in his or her professional and personal life, the coach brings to the table a respectful challenge of assumptions, skilled questioning and analysis, unbiased perspective and intuitive listening to help clients better understand and begin to tackle blocks that might be impeding their success.
Sessions are tailored to meet the specific needs of clients:
Energy Leadership assessments and values exercises are introduced to help identify where clients might be experiencing values conflicts; responding to fear instead of conscious choice; or interacting with colleagues through a single frame of reference or narrow perspective, as opposed to incorporating more of an opportunity mindset and exploring win-win solutions.
Following an initial consultation, a program is designed to best suit a particular client’s needs, in terms of frequency, duration and modality.
Every program is designed to be action oriented, time efficient, empowering and a facilitator of sustainable change. While brief discussions of past experiences can be helpful in shedding light on current challenges, the focus of each session remains primarily on the present and aims to help the client maintain consistent forward moving momentum.
